Apr 2025 • Couples
This experience was amazing! My boyfriend and I were visiting for his 50th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more special. Our guide, Fabian, was absolutely fantastic, super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about the city, and he spoke excellent English. He contacted us the night before to introduce himself and share important details about our pickup.Fabian was also very accommodating when we had to cut our trip short due to a last-minute afternoon appointment. He thoughtfully tailored the itinerary so we could still enjoy the full excursion without missing a thing. The paragliding experience was a thrill, handled by true professionals who made us feel safe and comfortable. Afterward, we headed to Guatapé (about an hour's drive) and climbed the famous rock to take in the breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding landscape. If you're looking to combine adventure with a rich cultural experience, this is the perfect tour. And definitely request Fabian—you won’t regret it!
Outstanding experience - Fabian is the best!

I went with my wife, my daughter, and my niece in mid-February 2025. Our guide, Fabian, maintained excellent contact with us even prior to the event and picked us up at our hotel in Medellin on time. Fabian was enthusiastic throughout the day and communicated perfectly in English, clarifying fun facts about the region and cities we visited. He even showed us some cool magic tricks during lunch in Guatapé. The paragliding experience itself was professionally organized and well executed, and we all had a lot of fun. Guatapé is gorgeous and certainly worth visiting. Fabian was also knowledgeable about the town and surrounding area and gave us a fascinating tour before helping us find the perfect restaurant to suit our needs (both girls are vegetarians and one is especially picky about her food but both were happy). Then we had a tight schedule to catch a flight out of Medellin to our next destination and Fabian made sure to leave enough time to drive us safely to the airport -- dropping us at our terminal exactly at our desired time despite some construction and traffic along the way. I strongly recommend the excursion overall -- ask for Fabian and you won't be disappointed.
You must send to us the pictures of the passports and the migration stamp (the one they put you in the airport). This for insurances and to not extra charge 19% of IVA Colombian fee in your payment.
The most asked question — and here’s the truth: Colombia is a tropical wild card. Forecasts? Forget it. Weather apps dream, but we adapt in real time, tracking clouds and chasing clear skies. In years of exploring Medellín and Colombia’s lush landscapes, only paragliding occasionally gets grounded — and even then, it’s a rare 3% chance. The adventure never stops, it just changes shape.
Usually for some experiences we recommend tring to book on week days, like Guatape ones, especially on holy weekends. The seasons in Colombia where some places could be very crowded are the holy week in april and part of the june and december-january months because school vacation.
We are a tailor made travel company. We can offer experiences to combine different activities in one day or customize your entire itineray and get special deals until 15% of the total price. In Colombia still exist places where they don't have credit card machines or dataphones, so, we recommend you bring extra cash just in case. Average per day can be 50-100 USD.
